Services (Bookings)
All EtchGuard services — including mobile and in-centre etching — are performed by appointment and do not require shipping.
Appointment confirmations, invoices, and digital certificates are delivered electronically via email after your booking.
Physical Products (Accessories & Consumables)

For items such as warning label packs, applicators, or etching kits:

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery is available across South Africa via courier.

Standard delivery time: 3–5 business days (depending on location).

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.
Digital Products

Replacement certificates and downloadable guides are delivered by email within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Returns & Exchanges
