Refund & Cancellation Policy
Services (Bookings)

You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment at no cost.

Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to provide access on the day may incur a call-out fee or partial charge to cover technician time and consumables.

If EtchGuard must cancel or reschedule due to weather or technical reasons, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.
Fleet & Partner Projects

For bulk or contracted work, refunds or adjustments are handled according to the signed service agreement or purchase order.
Physical Products (Labels, Kits, Consumables)

Refunds are available for unused, unopened items returned within 7 days of delivery.

For safety reasons, opened etching cream or chemical products cannot be returned or refunded.

Customers are responsible for courier costs on voluntary returns.
Digital Products
Replacement certificates, guides, or downloadable files are non-refundable once issued, as they are instantly delivered and recorded.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
