Refund & Cancellation Policy

Services (Bookings)

  • You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment at no cost.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to provide access on the day may incur a call-out fee or partial charge to cover technician time and consumables.

  • If EtchGuard must cancel or reschedule due to weather or technical reasons, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.

Fleet & Partner Projects

  • For bulk or contracted work, refunds or adjustments are handled according to the signed service agreement or purchase order.

Physical Products (Labels, Kits, Consumables)

  • Refunds are available for unused, unopened items returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • For safety reasons, opened etching cream or chemical products cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Customers are responsible for courier costs on voluntary returns.

Digital Products

Replacement certificates, guides, or downloadable files are non-refundable once issued, as they are instantly delivered and recorded.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
